Laser engraving
Permanent, adds no coating, and survives a commercial dishwasher because it removes material rather than sitting on top of it.

Screen & pad printing
Up to two spot colours in the base price. Pad printing handles curved surfaces that a screen cannot reach.

Custom packaging
Printed kraft sleeves, boxes and hang tags to your artwork — usually the piece that actually carries your brand.

Custom dimensions & tooling
A new size needs its own cutting programme or die, which is why the minimum steps up.

You approve the sample. We retain a reference copy to QC the production run against.

Questions
Private label, answered.
Vector — AI, EPS, PDF or SVG with fonts outlined. A raster logo limits how small we can print or engrave it cleanly, so we will tell you honestly if what you send will not hold at the size required.
Stock samples are sent free. A custom branded sample is charged at cost and credited against the first production order, so it costs nothing if you go ahead. // TODO[client]: confirm this is Bitto's actual policy.
Tooling cut for your design is reserved for your orders and is not used for another buyer. We retain and maintain it. // TODO[client]: confirm ownership and exclusivity terms.
We retain a reference sample and QC against it. If a shipment misses it, that is our problem to fix, not yours to absorb.
Six to eight weeks from first brief to delivered goods for a custom-branded item. Two weeks of that is sampling and approval, which is the part most people underestimate.
For printing, yes, within the tolerance of printing on an uncoated natural surface — bamboo is not white paper and a colour will read warmer on it. We will show you this on the mock-up.
